CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY: Zoë Brân's work as a counsellor, and consultant in Confidentiality to NGO's and local government working with HIV/AIDS helped her develop a sophisticated understanding of the need for confidentiality and ethical working practice. All clients, whether Individual or from Organisations, will be offered complete and on-going confidentiality. Clients taking part in courses or workshops will be invited to agree to a code of confidentiality with regard to other members of their group.
